Mindfulness for Tweens, 7-8:15pm, All 3 sessions
Description
Our community is filled with children doing their best and striving for success! Sometimes the pressures inherent in our world now can lead to internalized stress and anxiety. When young people learn mindfulness tools to de-stress, move out of their heads and bring awareness to their bodies, they’re better set up to cope with life as they grow. This three-part workshop designed especially for ages 10-12 will teach practical mindfulness skills to tweens while building community and connection. Each session will end with a short soundbath, easing your child towards deeper relaxation and (hopefully) bedtime!
This series can be done as a package of 3 (recommended!) or, if you can’t make all of them, each session works as a standalone lesson too.
